We do not process orders, payments, or financing applications directly through this Site.

Any binding agreement for the purchase, rental, lease, or delivery of a building is governed by the separate written agreement signed at the point of sale, not by content on the Site.

4. Rent-to-Own and Financing

Rent-to-own and other financing options referenced on the Site are subject to separate written agreements, qualification requirements, and applicable Tennessee and federal law. Specific terms (payment amount, length of agreement, total cost, fees) are disclosed in the signed rental-purchase agreement. The Site does not constitute an offer to enter into any rental-purchase or financing arrangement.

5. Third-Party Links and Portals

The Site contains links to external websites, including but not limited to Derksen Buildings, MaxSteel Buildings, Facebook, and Instagram. These third-party sites are independently operated, and we do not control their content, products, services, pricing, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of any third party. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and layout — is the property of Volunteer Portable Buildings or used with permission from our manufacturers and suppliers, and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. “Derksen,” “MaxSteel,” and related logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under authorized dealer agreements.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Warranties on the buildings themselves are provided separately by the manufacturer (Derksen, MaxSteel, or other) and are governed by the manufacturer’s written warranty terms, not by anything on the Site.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volunteer Portable Buildings and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
